At the YMCA Wellness studio we believe that everyone has the right to be healthy and happy. Bootcamp YMCA is an outdoor training program designed to challenge your body and mind. It caters for all fitness levels from the beginner through to the advanced so don't let the name scare you. It runs for 1 hour, two or three times per week. Your Bootcamp experience includes
- 60 minute sessions, 2 or 3 times per week
- Personal and group challenge
- One complementary 60 minute pre booked training session in our studio

For a fraction of the price of group and one on one personal training, you can book our studio as your own personal gym to reach your fitness goals. As an added bonus, the access membership also includes an initial health consultation and customized program designed by one of our highly qualified trainers and updated every twelve weeks to make sure you keep on track. The access membership includes
